Ryan Hughes has been involved in the sport of motocross for over 23 years.  A California native, Ryan has endured many different types of racing and has had one of the best racing careers anyone could hope for in the industry.  He has an indisputable reputation as being a hard worker, always giving 110% to his daily regime and to his racing career.  Ryan lived and breathed motocross.  Now that Ryan has retired from the racing aspect of motocross, he is turning the tables to give back the knowledge he has attained over the past two decades.  
      

Ryan's has a serious passion for training and his awesome ability to teach has lead him to become a trainer for athletes and stay involved in the sport he is so passionate about.  He has studied extensively and is currently working to receive his certification as a C.H.E.K. Practioner.  Ryan has also built a large training facility to provide a very private, professional atmosphere for his clients.  With everything in line, Ryan provides a complete package deal to his athletes.  Ryan's mission statement is  "I want to teach my athletes how to win".  He believes he can do this through his extensive training and  focuses on cardiovascular vascular conditioning, strength, balance, coordination and the overall well being of his riders.
  

Ryan is also offering an incredible opportunity to everyone with his MX Academy   These classes will definitely be out of the ordinary and all classes are going to be held at his private track known as "Rynoland", just 30 minutes east of Temecula.  Private and tucked into the hills, his facility is only available for rentals and to the select few that take his classes or train exculsively with Ryan. 
Ryan's MX Academy will teach you how to take your riding skills to the next level.  You can learn what a Pro does to keep their body fit and what they do to stay in shape through exercise, diet and nutrition as well.
